What people ask us most.
General answers. Every case is reviewed at the first consultation.
Does informed consent have to be in writing?
Not always, but for many procedures it is required or advisable. What matters most is the information given to the patient.
Can I get a copy of my medical records?
Yes. Patients have the right to access their own health information. We help with the request if there are difficulties.
What should I do if I think there was a medical error?
Keep the documents and write down what happened. We review the case carefully and tell you whether there are grounds to proceed.
Do clinics have to comply with the GDPR?
Yes, with stricter rules, because health data is sensitive data. We carry out the review and prepare the documents.
